Selenia Gutierrez begins her career in the Multifamily Housing industry in 1994. Her hard work, dedication and perseverance gave way to her promotions from Leasing Consultant to successfully managing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)communities.

Currently as a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Realtor and Former LIHTC Compliance Director, Selenia'a strenghts include financial consulting and private investment advisory for commercial real estate and residential properties, buying and selling Real Estate properties in Florida. Acquisition and development on multifamily and commercial real estate, compliance consulting, management of commercial and residential assets, as well as, turning distressed properties, monitoring and auditing compliance with affordable housing regulations, reporting required by the different affordable housing programs and their monitoring agencies.

As a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Licensed Realtor, a nationally recognized Housing Credit Certified Professional(HCCP), Specialist in Housing Credit Management(SHCM), National Compliance Professional Executive (NCP-E)and Site Compliance Specialist(SCS), Selenia possesses the required experience and skills required to be part ot the team at Torres & Torres Financial Services.

Born in San Jose, Costa Rica, she has resided in California and currently in Orlando, Florida.
